Account Specialist
Primarily responsible for all client-facing retail mortgage finance origination activities, covering end-to-end responsibilities, from lead generation, client profiling, credit pre-underwriting, preparation of offer term sheets, client negotiations, transaction documentation, to actual deal closing.
Candidates with university/college degrees in Business and Economics, and a professional background in mortgage banking, consumer lending, retail banking, property sales finance, or microfinance are preferred. Additionally, candidates who are driven and motivated, are fast learners in terms of technical comprehension, detail-oriented, articulate, and with very good people and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply.
Business Analyst Manager – Financial Analysis
Primarily responsible for assisting senior management with business and strategic financial planning. This includes the development and maintenance of operating financial forecast models and other financial analytical tools to gauge overall business performance and help arrive at sound business decisions.

Business Analyst – Systems and Methods
Primarily responsible for developing the company’s process infrastructure and initiating regular business process reviews to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and scale of company operations. This includes implementation of recommendations arising from these reviews, the documentation thereof, as well as maintenance of related departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines manuals.
Junior Business Analyst – HR Performance Management
Serves as HR Generalist and primary administrator of the company’s performance management system; we seek candidates with three years of job-related experience preferably in a position with exposure to HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), including experience in configuration, implementation, maintenance, and customization of business application packages, specifically HRIS or similar reporting tools.
Property After-Sales Administration Manager
Primarily responsible for managing the Property-After-Sales Unit responsible for the company’s and property buyers’ compliance with sales, term financing, and servicing agreements. This presumes thorough knowledge of all transaction agreements and covenants, coordination with all internal departments for any company deliverables, and interfacing with clients for their post-sales compliance.
Foreclosure Manager
Primarily responsible for managing and coordinating all stages of the foreclosure process involving the Courts, Registry of Deeds, Local Government Units, the BIR and Revenue District Offices. Intimate familiarity with the legal framework of the foreclosure exercise as well as experience in stakeholder management with these government agencies is preferred.
Foreclosure Specialist – Local Government Unit
Primarily responsible for assisting the Foreclosure Manager in liaising with affected Local Government Units in implementing and administering activities related to processing and payment of real property taxes and fees, coordinating tax assessments, and processing of tax declarations.
Senior Accountant
Primarily responsible for the collection of financial information and recording of accounting entries, the analysis, validation, and reconciliation of account information, and the preparation of the periodic financial statements including other periodic reports required by regulatory agencies. Guides the day-to-day accounting operations, provides administrative support, and performs special assignments under the supervision of the Finance Accounting Manager.
Candidates with university/college degrees in Accounting and are Certified Public Accountants with at least 3 years of professional background in a reputable institution are preferred. In addition, candidates who are highly organized, problem solvers with the ability to train and mentor staff, are computer proficient, and have good previous working knowledge of accounting software applications are preferred.
Management Accounting Manager
Primarily responsible for the timely preparation of the annual budget, the monitoring, control and forecast of income and expenditures, management of financial systems and policies, conduct of internal audits, and liaising with senior management by providing commentaries on issues of general financial performance.
We seek candidates with a university/college degree in Accounting and are Certified Public Accountants with at least 5 years of professional experience in a reputable institution. In addition, candidates with strong business acumen who possess good communication and presentation skills, and are analytical and detail-oriented are preferred.
Company Legal Counsel
Primarily responsible for doing legal research, drafting legal documents, advising and ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing for and representing the company in litigation cases and court trials, analyzing and advising on legal risks faced in the roll-out of company products and general company operations, assisting the Corporate Secretary in board-related corporate administration matters, and safekeeping and maintaining a legal document filing system.
We seek candidates with a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bar passer with at least 2 years of legal practice in litigation, tax or corporate law in the field of banking, finance and real estate. Additionally, candidates who are motivated, extremely organized and detail-oriented, analytical, think strategically, and with excellent people and stakeholder management skills are encouraged to apply.
Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Primarily responsible for assisting the company legal counsels in doing legal research, collating documentary requirements and drafting legal documents, appearing in court to assist in trials, maintaining and safekeeping legal documents and files in physical and electronic filing systems, conducting client interviews, as well as doing general legal office administration.
The Legal Assistant has similar responsibilities as the Paralegal but narrower in scope being junior to the Paralegal.
We seek candidates with a Juris Doctor or are Graduates of Law or have university/college degrees in Legal Management, Economics, Political Science, Philosophy or any legal-related course with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of banking, finance, or real estate. Additionally, it is desirable that candidates possess good research and analytical skills, are highly organized, and with high ethical standards.
HR Manager – Training and Performance Management
Primarily responsible for strategizing and implementing training and development interventions to increase organizational capability in achieving desired business results and in strategizing and implementing initiatives and processes to measure employee performance and address performance gaps.
We seek candidates with university degrees in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related courses with at least 10 years of professional background in human resources and at least 5 years in an HR leadership role with focus on, but not limited to, performance management, training, and development in the field of banking or any financial institution. Additionally, candidates with excellent communication skills, and are influential, service-oriented, can establish good rapport with internal clients and external service providers and have strong leadership and presentation skills are preferred.
Programming Specialist
Primarily responsible for defining with company users the business objectives and requirements for internal automation projects, translating these into coded information and programming sequence, validating program results by conducting user testing and program modifications, preparing user reference manuals, and documenting program development and revisions.
We seek candidates with university/college degrees in Information Technology or related courses, with at least 1 year of working experience in JAVA web application development and knowledgeable in any relational database platforms such as MS SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. Additionally, candidates with very good organizational and time management skills is a must, in the context also of multiple application development work, and ability to effectively communicate and explain information to all levels of the organization.
Systems Development Team Lead
Primarily responsible for designing, proposing, developing, and implementing applications and programs for the company’s back-end processing system, preparing documentation, and operating manuals, and providing user training and support.
We seek candidates with university/college degrees in Information Technology or related courses with at least 3 years of work experience in JAVA web application development and knowledgeable in any relational database platforms such as MS SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. Additionally, candidates who have been through at least 3 full software development cycles, have strong report management skills, and are able to communicate and explain information to all levels of the organization, are preferred.
