Business Analyst – Finance
Responsible for assisting the Executive Committee make business decisions by providing financial analyses, financial modeling, and investor reporting; supports operations by developing management reporting tools.
Business Analyst – Performance Management
Serves as HR Generalist and primary administrator of the company’s performance management system; three years of job-related experience preferably in an HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) position, or similar technical experience in a human resources department; experience in configuration, implementation, maintenance and customization of business application packages, specifically HRIS, and similar reporting functions.
Business Analysis Manager – Investor Relations
Primarily responsible for assisting the Executive Committee in making business decisions by performing financial analyses and financial modeling and investor reporting; designs and builds management templates to assist management in capturing performance data and support the company’s reportorial structure financial modeling, and investor reporting; supports operations by developing management reporting tools.
Credit Underwriting and Administration Manager
Responsible for home mortgage loan administration, credit risk management, and aftersales of resolved remedial accounts, originated loans, and property sales / conditional property sales accounts.
Credit Underwriting Administrator
Responsible for the monitoring, review, and custodianship of account folders and loan documents in accordance with the policies of the company, standard operating procedures, and approved company guidelines.
Foreclosure Specialist – Local Government Units
Primarily responsible for assisting the Manager in implementing, administering, and carrying out activities related to administration of real properties such as, but not limited to, processing and payment of government taxes and fees, and retrieval and consolidation of real property documents from the different government agencies. Performs fieldwork in liaising with local government units; graduate of any four (4) year course preferably in the field of Business Management, Engineering, or Management Engineering; processes and timely secures certified true copies of tax declarations, titles, loan mortgage agreements, and other old loan and sales documents from Assessors and Registers of Deeds; assists the Manager in process improvements necessary to improve efficiency and simplify and/or improve work methods in the administration of real property.
Primarily responsible for planning and performing audits of information technology control to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Primary responsibility includes consumer credit activities, including credit quality, data integrity of underwriting, processing, disclosures, and their process functions relating to the origination of direct consumer loans
Secondary responsibility includes the supervision of team members to ensure the timeliness and quality of processes and procedures, and its compliance to both internal and regulatory policies.
Responsible for the timely evaluation and recommendation for approval of underwritten proposals to ensure adherence to company standards.
