BFS Launches the Home Saver Offer for Qualified Balikatan Borrowers

Balikatan accountholders who still have to resolve their highly-delinquent accounts are entreated to call their Account Specialists to find out if they qualify for the new special offer of BFS. Called the HOME SAVER OFFER, the program gives the most affordable settlement offer yet for qualified accounts.  As with all Balikatan accounts, BFS offers customized packages that take into consideration total past due obligation, capacity to pay, and account history. (Business Mirror) BFS, the exclusive mortgage servicer and asset manager of Balikatan Housing Finance Inc. for its multi-billion peso residential loan mortgage portfolio, recently launched its Social Window Program (SWP)for account holders who have been experiencing difficulties settling their loans due to extreme proverty or serious illness.
