Single sales agent negotiates loan obligation with BFS
BFS has yet another happy client. Julieta Icamen, a sales agent for memorial plans in Davao City, was able to avail of the special BFS program, Home Saver Offer. The program heavily discounts settlement amounts for 25-year defaulted loans so that longstanding borrowers or occupants can legally own properties they have been occupying. Julieta is thankful because BFS accepted her offer that was less than that provided by the program.
