Electrical sales agent secures a home from BFS
BFS has yet another happy client. Laurence Lor, a sales agent for electrical products in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, was able to avail of the special BFS program, Fruits Of Your Labor. As an occupant of a BFS property, Mr. Lor wanted to secure a home for his children’s future. The program heavily discounts sales prices so that longstanding occupants can legally own properties they have been occupying. With an unemployed spouse, a working child, and another still in school, Mr. Lor made an offer which was less than that provided by the program. He and his wife were overwhelmed when BFS accepted their offer. BFS has provided legal homeownership to over 195,000 Filipinos.
