(Philippine Star) BFS, the official mortgage servicer of Balikatan, launches the new Home Saver offer for qualified clients with delinquent mortgages dating as far back as 23 years. The new scheme will help borrowers resolve their accounts and save their homes.  By resolving their accounts, borrowers will be able to counter the court foreclosure process, and BFS will be able to maximize borrower resolution outside of foreclosure. Loan Settlement Program Launched for Borrowers in Extreme Poverty

(Business Mirror) BFS, the exclusive mortgage servicer and asset manager of Balikatan Housing Finance Inc. for its multi-billion peso residential loan mortgage portfolio, recently launched its Social Window Program (SWP)for account holders who have been experiencing difficulties settling their loans due to extreme proverty or serious illness.
