BFS Home Saver Offer Encourages Qualified Borrowers to Resolve Early to Avail of the Most Affordable Settlements Yet

Each Balikatan borrower is encouraged to contact his/her Account Specialist right away for the newest special offer, the HOME SAVER OFFER. The program allows borrowers to enjoy the most affordable settlement packages so that they may finally call the properties their own. As with all BFS programs, the offers are customized to each account that take into consideration total past due obligation, account history, and capacity to pay. The program offers to counter the court foreclosure process to maximize borrower resolutions outside of foreclosure.
