In the wake of the latest special offer of BFS for Balikatan clients, each borrower should contact his/her Account Specialists immediately to determine if he/she is among those who qualify for the outstanding savings being offered.  The HOME SAVER OFFER provides the most affordable BFS offer to date for a limited time only.  Qualified borrowers will be informed about their customized HOME SAVER OFFER by mail and through calls from their Account Specialists.  If they do not receive a letter or a call, they should contact BFS and inquire about the program.
