BFS Makes Homeownership Possible for Venancio Santos

Venancio and Melinda Santos knew they had to do their best to save their home in Kapayapaan Ville, Canlunbang, Calamba, Laguna. Venancio was the lone breadwinner at the time of the loan take out and could not keep up financially to meet his mortgage payments.

Fortunately, the Santoses’ loan was included in a portfolio turned over to BFS for servicing. BFS contacted the Santoses and apprised them about their loan as well as the resolution options. With his two children now employed, the couple felt that they could make a go to settle their obligation once and for all.
