Balikatan account holders all over the globe may now talk to their assigned Account Specialist on the web real time by logging on to www.bfs.com.ph through B-Online. The B-Online Customer Service Desk is a powerful feature that takes advantage of the increasing internet familiarity and connectivity of Balikatan borrowers.
