BFS Makes Resolution Possible Through B-Online, Activates New Toll Free Service
Balikatan account holders all over the globe may now talk to their assigned Account Specialist on the web real time by logging on to www.bfs.com.ph through B-Online. The B-Online Customer Service Desk is a powerful feature that takes advantage of the increasing internet familiarity and connectivity of Balikatan borrowers. The initial phase of the project is targeted towards clients with their own computers and internet access. Based on the latest website stats, the B-Online page is receiving a daily average of 35 views and 25unique hits. BFS Hosts Party for its Brokers
BFS held its Annual Brokers Thanksgiving Party for its accredited brokers and their agents on December 16, 2010 at the 28th floor of the BPI Center. It was a gesture to show our gratitude to our partners.Property Sales Head Alexis Ortiga opened the event where a full house of more than 40 brokers and agents shared a sumptuous merienda prepared for them. The brokers played games ala “Pinoy Henyo” and charades using terms familiar to them. Winning participants brought home prizes, which included cash. A variety of raffle prizes were also given away,such as gas stoves, electric fans, and cell phones. The event was highlighted by the awarding of the Top Brokers for 2010: Third place was awarded to Christina Lim; 2nd place went to veteran Eva Antonio; and Josie Delgado emerged as the run-away winner for 1st place. AMD boss Louella Ilustre closed the event by sharing her optimism for the future, calling for the continued loyalty of our brokers and their commitment to sell more BFS properties in 2011.
