BFS Saves Delinquent Borrowers’ Homes

BFS, the official mortgage servicer of Balikatan, launches the new Home Saver offer for qualified clients with delinquent mortgages dating as far back as 23 years.
The new scheme will help borrowers resolve their accounts and save their homes. By resolving their accounts, borrowers will be able to counter the court foreclosure process, and BFS will be able to maximize borrower resolution outside of foreclosure.
Balikatan account holders may visit any of BFS offices in Makati, Alabang, and Davao. They may also call BFS through trunk lines 7566230 or 7503888, call the Davao offices, (082) 2210809, or call PLDT toll-free outside of Metro Manila and Davao through 1-800-10-2255-BFS (237).
