Resolving Housing Loans

Mindanaoans from Davao del Sur, Davao City, Cagayan de Oro City, and General Santos City thank BFS for helping them settle their mortgages at a lowered settlement amount. BFS is the mortgage servicer for 52,000 delinquent loan accounts from the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation. Its program ‘Extended Panalo Max’ assists Balikatan borrowers who want to resolve their outstanding mortgage obligation.
