Borrowers looking to protect their homes from repossession can now breathe an extra sigh of relief as BFS, the mortgage servicer of 52,000 delinquent loans from the National Home Mortgage Finance Corp., relaunches its Home Saver Offer.
From February 21 to April 28, Balikatan borrowers have a chance to fully settle their account at highly discounted rates, as an effort by BFS to help borrowers finally address their outstanding concerns and preserve their homes. The Home Saver Offer will help borrowers achieve home ownership.
