BFS brings back Home Saver Program

Borrowers looking to protect their homes from repossession can now breathe an extra sigh of relief as Bahay Financial Services Inc., the mortgage servicer of 52,000 delinquent loans from the National Home Mortgage Finance Corp., relaunches its Home Saver Offer.
From February 21 to April 28, Balikatan borrowers have a chance to fully settle their account at highly discounted rates, as an effort by BFS to help borrowers finally address their outstanding concerns and preserve their homes. The Home Saver Offer will help borrowers achieve home ownership.
BFS Account Specialists will guide account holders on the proper steps to take advantage of the promo. For more information on the Home Saver Offer, borrowers may call BFS at (02) 750-3888 (Manila) or (082) 221-0809 (Davao) or text “BFS (space) account number, name, address, message” to 0922-9999237. They may also send an e-mail to HomeSaver@bfs.com.ph or visit the BFS offices at Bonifacio Global City, Alabang, or Davao. Borrowers may log onto www.bfs.com.ph for complete addresses.
