MORTGAGE ACCOUNT SPECIALIST/
PROPERTY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
You will be responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing payment programs for loan accounts. The position requires working independently with minimal supervision, and conducting property visits. For this position, you must be a four-year college graduate, preferably in Finance or Business Administration, with at least two years' relevant experience in loan processing and credit evaluation.
LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST ( COLLECTION SPECIALIST)
You will be responsible for assisting the collection manager by monitoring past due accounts, reminding borrowers to make their payments, and ensuring that collection activities are done on time and within target. For this position, you must be a college graduate of a four-year business course with at least two years' relevant experience in collections. You must also be proficient in all MS Office applications; experience with Account Loan Servicing (ALS) computer program is a definite plus.
Training is provided and essential for success, but also important are being able to communicate well with people from all walks of life, being sensitive to other people's needs, and having practical skills in analysis, planning, organization, and interpersonal relations.
