Musni couple (left and center) receive the title to their own house from an account specialist (right) of mortgage servicer BFS, which helped them pay off their housing debts. Musni is one of the many borrowers which BFS has assisted in settling home loans at a much lower price. Since 2006, BFS has assisted with over 52,000 delinquent loans from the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation with more than half of the total number resolved.
