BFS Offers “Bahay Condonation Special”

BFS is offering a Special Condonation Offer for Cash Settlements to qualified Balikatan account holders throughout the country. The promo is in continuation of its “100% Penalty Condonation and up to 100% Interest Condonation” resolution program. It is in line with the commitment to encourage loan resolution and help its clients avoid foreclosure.

Qualified accountholders will be informed by courier about the limited special condonation offer.Borrowers in Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal and Metro Manila may avail themselves of the promo until April 29, 2011 while accounts in other areas have until May 31, 2011.

The special discount offer may be withdrawn at any time and does not suspend any pending foreclosure process on the borrowers’ accounts unless they enter into a loan settlement agreement with Balikatan.
