BFS Makes Homeownership Possible for Editha Jarmin

The Jarmins are assumers of a property in Camella Homes-Springville East, Bacoor, Cavite. They were initially confused when they received letters about their mortgage payment so they decided to ask around. They went to the NHMFC and to BFS where it was explained to them that they were dealing with a legitimate mortgage servicing company whose task was to turn-around a portfolio of non-performing loans.

The Jarmins sourced funds to be able to settle their long outstanding loan. They feel truly happy and and grateful to BFS and their account specialist. “Through her, we were able to clarify our questions, get the proper information and settle our account. We thank BFS for giving us the opportunity to save our property,” shared Editha Jarmin.
