BFS Launches Its Most Affordable Settlement Offer Yet For Qualified Borrowers

BFS recently launched the new HOME SAVER OFFER for qualified Balikatan clients with delinquent mortgages. For a limited time, account holders may be qualified to avail of the most affordable settlement yet. For Balikatan accountholders who have delinquent mortgages dating as far back as 29 years, BFS, the official mortgage servicer of Balikatan, continues to provide special offers so that borrowers may resolve their accounts and save their homes. The program offers to counter the court foreclosure process to maximize borrower resolution outside of foreclosure. Letters have already been sent out to qualified borrowers stating the specifics of their accounts and their BFS customized offers, and calls are being made by their Account Specialists in advance of the letters being received.
